Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Campover. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy with prepaid shipping to make your shopping experience worry-free.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
    • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, lip balm, scent rollers, newspapers, and magazines cannot be returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact our customer service team at customers@campover.com.
  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our team will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your return.

3. Return Process:

  • Affix the prepaid shipping label to the package, ensuring the original packaging is secure, and the original shipping label is removed, or covered by the return label.
  • Drop off the package at a designated shipping location or arrange for a pickup.
  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected for eligibility and condition.

4. Refunds:

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt and approval of the return.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at customers@campover.com within 72 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item(s) and any relevant packaging.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund within 14 business days.

6. Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer exchanges.
  • If you wish to replace an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.

7. Store Credit:

  • At this time, we cannot offer a store credit.
